I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed our trip to Thailand, Cambodia & Vietnam. Our hotels were wonderful and we spent many late afternoons cooling off in the swimming pools. With our winters being so long in Ottawa it was a real treat to be able to swim outside in the sunshine in January and February. Our meals were fantastic. One morning, we Canadians were enjoying dim sum and sushi for breakfast and the orientals had plates of bacon and eggs. I thought this was quite humorous. Our meals were very tasty and interestingly different from what we normally get at home. I got particularly fond on fresh mango juice for lunch and dinner. And, the beer was cheap - really cheap. Last night, the Amazing Race took place in Vietnam and it brought back many happy memories of the congested roads of motorcycling commuters and us trying to cross without mishap. Great fun. Thanks so much for your assistance in making this a wonderful experience.
