Day-by-Day Itinerary
Make your own way to your chosen airport for your international flight to Buenos Aires. Enjoy inflight meals and services.
Welcome to Argentina! Upon arrival in Buenos Aires, you will be met by our company representative and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day will be free at leisure.
Overnight in Buenos Aires
Head on a guided half-day city tour of Buenos Aires. Begin your tour with a drive to the Plaza de Mayo — you will see the “Casa Rosada” (the pink house, home to the government), the Cabildo (town hall), and the Metropolitan Cathedral, home to the Archbishop of Buenos Aires. The tour will take you to the district of San Telmo, one of the most fashionable and desirable places to live in the city, and the famous La Boca neighborhood. Here, colorful tin houses and lively street life provide ample opportunities for photographs. Next, the tour will take you to Recoleta, the quarter of the rich in Buenos Aires. In Recoleta’s cemetery, you can see the grave of Evita Perón, Argentina’s former First Lady and the beloved heroine of the working class. Finally, you will head to Avenida 9 de Julio, the widest avenue in the world, the Federal Court of Justice in Plaza Lavalle, and Teatro Colón, before stopping at leafy Palermo where you can wander around the beautiful parks and gardens. From there you will return to the hotel.
Overnight in Buenos Aires
In the morning you will be transferred to the domestic airport for your flight to Iguazu. Upon arrival in Iguazu, you will be transfered to the Iguassu National Park and discover the Brazilian side of the falls with a motorcoach. Go along the paths following the cascades and along the catwalk, which will take you very close to the bottom of the Devil’s Throat. Enjoy the breathtaking views from here. Afterwards, you can take an elevator back up to the road where you will meet your coach for your journey to the hotel for check in.
Overnight in Iguassu on the Brazilian Side
Today you will be transferred to the Argentinean Iguassu National Park to Iguassu Falls on the Argentinean side. Make a short stop at the Visitor’s Centre and proceed along the Inferior Circuit, the down-river falls, to the Superior Circuit, the up-river cascades. The Ecological Jungle Train will lead you to the most impressive observation point in the falls — The Devil’s Throat. After this visit, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
Overnight in Iguassu on the Brazilian Side

Overnight in Rio de Janeiro
In the morning you will head on a tour of Rio. Downtown is the business heart of Rio; it is a part of the city where colonial Rio meets modern skyscrapers. Passing along Rio Branco Avenue, you will see Candelaria Church, which was built in the late 18th century and only completed in 1898. The headquarters of major Brazilian banks and commercial enterprises are also located on this avenue. You will also see the Opera House (Teatro Municipal) and Carioca Square, the Church of Santo Antonio built in the 17th century as well as the contrast of the modern buildings such as Petrobras and the Cathedral. You will see Rio's aqueduct built in the 18th century and these days connects the downtown to the Santa Teresa district, an old residential area. Afterwards, you will drive through Flamengo Park to one of the highlights of Rio. From the park, you can see the famous Sugar Loaf Mountain, this famous mountain is reached by cable car 1,200 feet high (not included). From the top of Sugar Loaf Mountain, you can look down on Rio and discover one of the most spectacular views in the world. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure – the following optional tour can be booked.

Half Day Jeep Tour Tijuca Forest
One thing that makes Rio so beautiful is the lush green everywhere. The Tijuca Rainforest, plays a large role in keeping the city green and protecting its water sources. Home to hundreds of species of plants and wildlife, waterfalls, trails, vistas and more, spending a few hours in this jungle refreshes and reinvigorates with ease. You'll visit waterfalls, the famous Vista Chinesa, take an easy trail, and learn about the history of this immense urban forest (perhaps the largest in the world), which was reclaimed from farm land in the 19th century. TO BRING: Camera, sunglasses, hat, water, comfortable shoes, layered clothes appropriate for the weather. **bathing suit & towel if you plan to take a dip in the waterfall**
Maracana Stadium Behind The Scenes
Built for the 1950 FIFA World Cup Brazil™, the Estadio Jornalista Mario Filho, better known as the Maracana Stadium, provided the venue for that year’s memorable decider between the host nation and Uruguay. This was one of the most dramatic chapters in the history of the competition! Once the largest stadium in the world, packing in crowds of up to 200,000 people — among the highest attendances ever seen in the history of the game — the Maracana was completely renovated for the 2014 FIFA World Cup which reduced the capacity to 76,935 for Brazil 2014. It remains, nevertheless, the country’s biggest football ground. As Rio’s second most popular tourist attraction, the Maracana continues to attract football fans from all around the world. Visitors will get to go behind the scenes, passing by the Tribune Press, the locker room, the Tribune of Honour, the cabins, and the Museum; with a collection of relics of the stars who made the history of the temple in world football. This tour will be approximately 3.5 hours long and a minimum of 4 passengers will be required. This tour is only available on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
HD Corcovado Tour
Depart from the hotel to visit the Christ Statue, elected as one of the seven modern wonders of the world. The statue sits 2,300 ft. above sea level, atop Corcovado Hill. Following a scenic drive along the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, we will arrive at the foot of the hill, where we embark on a small train which climbs the beautiful mountainside. Upon reaching the top, visitors will experience a panoramic view of Rio de Janeiro and discover why it is known as the “Marvelous City”!
